Pay Dues and Update Your Membership
Use the public payment page provided by your group. You do not need a Simpli Dues account to pay dues.

1. Open your group's payment page
Follow the link or QR code supplied by your group. The page shows the group's name and payment options.
2. Choose what you are paying
Select Pay Dues. Your group may also offer optional initiatives that you can support in the same payment.
Some groups offer multiple dues rates as payment tiers. If shown, choose the tier that applies to your membership. Groups using calendar-year or fiscal-year memberships may also ask you to choose an available membership term.
3. Find or enter your member information
Use the fields shown on your group's payment page. You may be asked to search for an existing household or organization, or to enter your information directly.
If the page shows Type to search..., begin entering your household address or organization name, then select the correct result.
If you cannot find the correct household or organization, choose I don't see my household in the list or I don't see my organization in the list, then provide the requested information.
If the page asks for your name and email address instead, enter those details directly.
4. Save contact information if asked
If the page asks for contact information before payment, enter or review the occupant or delegate information and save it to continue. The primary contact email receives the payment receipt and a private link for reviewing or updating contact information later.
5. Complete payment
Review the membership, dues rate, optional contributions, and any membership term shown before entering payment information. After payment, keep the confirmation email for your records.
Update membership information
After paying dues, review your membership contact information on the confirmation page and make any needed corrections. You can return to the editing page using the private, time-limited link included in your receipt email. Do not share that link. If it has expired or your contact email was wrong, ask a manager of your group to correct the email and to send you a new Member Edit Link.
If you're missing a receipt email
Check spam or filtered mail first. A group manager can confirm whether the payment was recorded, correct the membership email, and resend a recent receipt when available. Simpli Dues accounts are for group managers. Creating one will not give you access to your membership or let you edit its contact information.
